Due to non refundability of circuit hire, booking refunds are available under the following circumstances:

• Bookings cancelled greater than 30 days prior to the event are eligible for an 80% refund.
• Bookings cancelled greater than 8 days prior to the event are eligible for a 50% refund.
• Bookings cancelled 7 days or less prior to the event no refund is available unless a replacement booking is received. Where a replacement booking incurs a cost to Driving Events, we reserve the right to pass on these costs to the client.

Bookings are not transferable.

All drivers and their guests will be required to complete an indemnity form on the day.
