The T4 Tour 2025: Drive the Iconic Targa Tasmania

An Unforgettable Driving Experience for Those Who Live to Drive

If your idea of luxury is a twisting mountain pass, a perfectly balanced machine beneath you, and nothing on your schedule but pure driving pleasure — this is your moment.

The T4 Tour by Paul Stokell’s Driving Events is not just a driving tour. It’s your backstage pass to Targa Tasmania, the world’s largest tarmac rally — a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to drive the actual closed-road special stages, just ahead of the competition cars.

For eight unforgettable days, you’ll experience:

  • Closed-road driving through legendary Targa stages like Hellyer Gorge, The Sidling, and the formidable Mt Arrowsmith
  • End-to-end service: from car logistics to luxury accommodation and fine dining — everything handled for you.
  • One-on-one driver coaching from champion Paul Stokell and elite instructors, enhancing your skills with every turn
  • Evening dining: at a curated selection of Tasmania’s finest restaurants — showcasing local produce, premium wines, and warm hospitality
  • Freedom to bring any car you love – unlike other tours, we welcome all marques, from classic cruisers to modern exotics
  • Your own personal barista on tour, serving up barista-made coffee from morning to night — because great driving starts with great coffee

What Sets T4 Apart?

  • All-inclusive luxury: Every detail, from fuel to food, is taken care of. You just show up, drive, and enjoy.
  • Real Targa roads: No half-measures. We offer the full tour experience — not just a handful of stages.
  • Driver development: With coaching from a 2-time Targa Champion, your driving will reach a new level.
  • No brand restrictions: If your car stirs your soul, it’s welcome here.

What Our Guests Say

“The coaching made me a better driver. The friendships made it unforgettable.”

Led by Legends, Backed by Experience

This one-of-a-kind tour is personally led by Paul Stokell, 2-time Targa Champion and 2019 Targa Tasmania winner. Alongside him is your dedicated tour manager Derek Bode, who ensures every detail runs seamlessly from start to finish. Both Paul and Derek provide one-on-one driver coaching throughout the event, maximising your performance and enjoyment.

Whether you're joining us again or stepping into T4 for the first time, you’ll be welcomed into a close-knit group where camaraderie, adrenaline, and hospitality are all part of the ride.

Your car can be transported to Melbourne, ready for your arrival. Or meet us in Geelong for a spirited convoy start to Tasmania.

With your own dedicated tour manager and support team, your only job is to revel in the thrill of driving. Whether you’re flying in and having your car delivered to the vehicle drop off 15 minutes from the airport or cruising across to join the group in Geelong, we’ll have everything ready for you.

This isn’t a race — it’s a celebration of driving. You’ll cruise through Tasmania’s diverse terrain, from coastal curves to highland straights, with spirited pace, expert guidance, and zero stress. This is a rare, immersive experience for those who appreciate the finer things — like 52km of closed-road curves and a glass of Pinot Noir at day’s end.

Secure your place. Bring your car. And let the road do the rest.
